Damaged or Defective Items

European Union 14 Days Cooling-Off (Legal Right)
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery—only if the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Contact us at support@trendywaveshop.com to initiate this process.

Refunds (Defective Items Only)
Refunds are only processed for verified defective/damaged items. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
